Through my ongoing freelance work with Oxford College of Marketing, I develop and review professional marketing course content and support learners studying towards CIM qualifications.

This work combines my practical marketing experience with research, instructional content development, editorial judgement and the ability to make complex subjects clear and applicable.

Social Media Marketing course development

In 2024, I developed updated learning materials for the CIM Level 4 Social Media Marketing module, which is part of the CIM Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing.

Working from the CIM syllabus and learning outcomes, I researched current platforms, tools and industry developments before structuring the subject matter into clear, practical course content.

The project included developing presentation materials, learning activities, supporting content and relevant examples to help learners connect marketing theory with real workplace situations.

I also presented and recorded the accompanying on-demand video lessons. This involved translating the course content into clear, engaging explanations suitable for independent online learning and communicating confidently on camera.

The videos complemented the written materials, presentations and activities, giving learners another way to understand and apply the course topics.

Principles of Marketing course review

In 2025, I completed a review of the Principles of Marketing supplementary course developed by Oxford Professional Education.

The course was designed to recap core marketing principles for learners progressing from the CIM Level 3 qualification. I reviewed the existing materials for accuracy, clarity, relevance, structure and overall learner experience.

I provided feedback and recommendations to help ensure the content was current, accessible and suitable for professional marketing learners.

Professional marketing tutoring

Alongside course development and review work, I tutor CIM learners through Oxford College of Marketing.

My role involves explaining strategic and digital marketing concepts, helping learners connect theory with practical business situations and building their confidence in applying marketing principles professionally.
